\Some people comment on how they're so rich and creamy, others remark on the nice undertone of liquor; either way they're decadent. Our truffles come in a variety of flavors -- amaretto, brandy, chambord (black raspberry), and hazelnut. All our truffles are semi-sweet, chocolate-covered cocoa ganache that's been flavored by a liquor. Hazelnut liquor truffles have a whole roasted hazelnut in the center, the rest are nut free. Yum! One bite and you're sold.
